We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our new start-up Hirex. This role will be pivotal in maintaining and growing our customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. You will drive our company's success and growth.


  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new account opportunities to support sales growth.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend potential sales meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the co-founders to provide strategic support and insights.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective customer success strategies.


  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or customer support role.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Eager to work in B2B SaaS start-up environment
