Get ready to be inspired by got2b, the newly launched brand in Henkel Consumer Brands’ Hair Styling Category! As got2b brings its bold and creative spirit to life, your ideas will take center stage and inspire what comes next.

On November 7 at JustWork Ümraniye, you’ll team up with other talented participants to tackle an exciting real-life business case around got2b. You’ll explore the information and data provided, identify key insights, and turn them into ideas — combining analytical thinking with creativity along the way. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with your team, develop your ideas, and present your solution for the chance to win amazing prizes.

Who Can Apply?

🎓 If you’re a 3rd or 4th-year university student who loves coming up with fresh ideas, solving challenges, and working as part of a team, Next Idea is for you!

We’re looking for curious, creative, and motivated young talents who are eager to challenge themselves, explore the world of Henkel and got2b, and turn their ideas into real solutions.

No matter your field of study, if you’re ready to think differently and bring your perspective to the table, we’d love to hear from you!

When and where will Next Idea take place?

Next Idea will take place on November 7 at JustWork Ümraniye.

What is the application deadline?

Applications are open until October 18.

Who can apply to Next Idea?

3rd and 4th-year university students from all fields of study are welcome to apply.

Can I apply with my own team?

Applications are individual. Selected participants will come together and work in teams during the event.

Will everyone who applies be able to attend the event?

No. Applications will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted and invited to participate in Next Idea.

What will the case study be about?

The challenge will focus on got2b, the newly launched brand in Henkel Consumer Brands’ Hair category. The details of the case will be shared with participants during the event.

Will there be prizes?

Absolutely! The top three teams will win exciting prizes: Apple Watch SE for the 1st place team, AirPods 4 for the 2nd place team, and Stanley Thermos for the 3rd place team.
