Job Identification

Are you a dynamic sales professional eager to make a significant impact in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? At Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), we're seeking a passionate Field Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives and foster strong customer relationships.

What We Expect

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly volume and revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Support your team's growth and competency development.
  • Distributor Development: Expand sales with current distributors in your region.
  • Building Customer Relationship: Regularly visit customers in your assigned region/channel. Establish and maintain strong, sustainable customer connections.
  • Field Optimization: Guide and mentor your team to enhance CCI product penetration. Identify and implement field execution opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Manage your team, customers and distributors to achieve business objectives.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial/Management Engineering is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the FMCG sector; experience in the food/beverage industry is preferred.
  • Good command of the English language,
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willing to locate in Istanbul (Asia-Europe), Izmit, Balikesir, Alanya Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions, including Channel and Category Sales Development, Customer Relations, and Field Operations.
