Now we've just launched an ATS Start-up: Hirex! We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our new company Hirex. This role will be crucial in growing our customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. You will drive our company's success and growth with working with Co-Founders.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, sales or customer support role.
- 0-2 years of professional experience. (start-up experience is a plus.)
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and sales principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to work in start-up environment
