What Do We Expect From You?

  • Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
  • Following up and directing the team for increasing the penetration of CCI products
  • Enhancing the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores
  • Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified regions to achieve company targets
  • Supporting distributors and the team to develop the competencies
  • Visiting specified customers in his / her region??? / channel regularly
  • Developing sales and executing customer engagement based on before and after sales services
  • Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Identifying the execution opportunities and convincing the customers to implement them
  • Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
  • Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)
  • Coordinating the audit team and distributor's compliance to CCI standards with SSS & ASM

Relevant Capabilities:

  • Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred) 
    Experience in managing Field Sales team
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willing to locate in any of the following cities: İstanbul, Antalya, Bursa, Muğla, Mardin, Van, Siirt, Eskişehir, Kars, Çorum, Trabzon, Kayseri, Mersin, or Trakya
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e., CCSD, Customer, Field
